Embryology is the study of space and structure. We’re embodying the space in which our early structures developed. It is the space that holds the information.
In order to find the structure, we go to the space.
The structures aren’t there anymore, but they are because consciousness is in the space. Just like we are not children anymore but who we were as children is still with us and informing us.
Space is living consciousness. It’s not definable, it’s experienced. It holds the body.
We’ve been taught to direct and manipulate our structures rather than feel the consciousness of them – feel how the structures created themselves. Our structures know what to do.
When we go back to awaken the consciousness of the embryological development of our structures, it gives us new and deeper ways of addressing health and vitality, chronic and acute pain, mobility and ease of movement, and other expressions or qualities of our physical and psychophysical being.
I invite you to join me on this journey through our embryological development in my new online course, Embodying the Embryological Foundations of Movement.
The classes are prerecorded so you can go at your own pace. Registration includes unlimited lifetime access to the the class recordings and more than 70 downloadable illustrations.
Join me in exploring our embryological development and the relationship of these early processes to our bodies and consciousness today.
