ABOUT
The mission of Moving Within is to provide somatic education in a natural setting where the possibility for personal health, community health and global health is enhanced and interrelated. The dream is to recognize Nature within oneself and to acknowledge oneself in Nature and therefore embrace the potential for transformation. Nestled among fir and ferns in the valley of Lorane, Oregon, this is a residential program that offers the opportunity to fully immerse oneself in the Body-Mind Centering® material. Participation is limited to 15, creating an intimate community. Most participants stay onsite although many commute from Eugene.
